Family visitor visa Query

Hi

My in-laws have 2 year family visitor visa(Feb 2015 to Feb 2017). They came to UK on 14-03-2015 and returned on 01-08-2015 to India(4 1/2 months). My wife is pregnant and her due date is end of November this year. I am planning to invite my in-laws again in mid Nov with a gap of 3 1/2 months. Will it be a problem at immigration check in UK?
My wife has requested a support letter from GP/Midwife. Is it ok if they show medical support letter to immigration officer?

Please advise whether i need to show midwife letter to immigration officer or not ?
