PEO Appointment- How to organize Documents

Post by elpis » Mon Aug 24, 2015 2:30 pm

Please suggest best way to organise documents for PEO Appointment. Shall I use arch lever file and arrange documents in it in transparent punch pockets and label each punch pocket? Do they object on the use of arch lever file? Or is it advisable to use presentation folder and arrange documents in it? Your suggestions/experiences and advise will be appreciated. Thanks.

It means they do not object big arch lever folders at PEO's? When we (me and my husband) applied for initial Tier 1 entry clearance, we were told that you can not use arch lever folders and tie all punch pockets with a string or put a rubber band around . Please advise.

It does not matter. You need all the required documents in the first place.
If you want to do that, put all original documents in a folder and all photocopies in another folder(not mandatory but it reduces case worker job apparently). However, If you wanted to order them as below.
Photos, current BRP,passport, appointment letter, payment sheet, cover letter (optional),application form, degree certificate... etc(or) English pass certificate, LIUK,payslips, bank statements and any letters etc.

All the very best to all of you.
