i have around GBP 3500/= cash in hand ...
and around GBP 13000/= in real estate assets.

i aim to apply for EC visa for family of 3 kids too ...

but initially i aim to go on my own and call them over once i am secure work-wise. i have their return tickets ready for a flight back to my home country [i don't presently reside in my home country] once my EC comes through - and i'll show the tickets as evidence of my plan.

is the above amount - GBP 3500/= cash in hand, and GBP 13000/= property worth - sufficient to show in EC application?
