PBS dependant of a SET(LR) migrant

Hiya. Is it mandatory for tier 2 dependant to switch to FLR (M), when the T2/PBS migrant is granted settlement under LR ? Can the tier 2 dependant stay legally till the t2 dependant visa expires ? Many thanks.
