4.7 Years on Tier 2 Dependent - Eligible for ILR?

Hi,

My Wife currently have tier 2 Dependent visa,
Start Date: 10-Mar-2014
End Date: 14-01-2016
Total Duration = 1 Year 10 months

and now I'm extending my Visa in September-2015 for Next 3 Years

So her Total Duration will become
1 year 7 Months (as Applying 3 months Early) + 3 years = 4 Years 7 Months

and for ILR I think she should completed 5 years on Tier 2 Dependent

So, when 4.7 years completed (I'll apply for ILR for my self) and what Visa should I Apply for my Wife at that time?
