GNIB Card

Post by perfectgrade » Wed Sep 02, 2015 4:10 pm

From the 10th of May 2014, a revised, GNIB card will be printed centrally, in batches, at the offices of the Garda National Immigration Bureau, Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.

'Non-nationals residing outside of the Dublin Metropolitan Region will continue to register in the Registration District in which they reside and will be required to return to the same Registration Office to collect their Certificate of Registration at a later date."

Does anyone knows how long will it take to have it printed and send back to local Garda station if lives in Co.Kildare area?

I don't know about Kildare, but I registered in Cork City, and they told me to come back in two weeks. So, I'd imagine it's like that everywhere.
