Student Dependent + Tier 2 MoR = 5 years. ILR chances?

So, 4 years in Tier 4 as a dependent of student (wife) and now holder of CoS for Tier 2 Minister of Religion for the past 1 year. I've been under the impression that none of my time in Tier 4 counts towards ILR, but as I wasn't the student I was working full time for the duration.

My 5 year date as resident was in July of this year; do I have any hope of a successful application for ILR or do I definitely have to wait another 4 years to apply?

No, you need 5 years as Tier 2 migrant to qualify for ILR. You cannot combine the time as a Tier 4 dependent and Tier 2.

You can only use a combination of visa types in these categories for ILR based on long residence.
