Hello all,
Very impressed with all the answers in here and I hope someone can help me on my issue.
I came to England in 2005 march, that time I was 16 years old.
I was married with an EEA and got 5 years resident card, but just one year before 5 years visa expire, we got divorce. When I tried to apply for PR, I got rejected because I could able to provide that he was exercising treaty rights in UK the time when we divorce.
I was wondering if I have rights to apply 10yrs private life route base on:
-you were under 18 and you’d lived in the UK continuously for at least 7 years, and it would’ve been unreasonable to expect you to live in a different country
I was 16 years old when I came here and I have now leave in the uk more than 10 years.
Because of my PR application base on family member of EEA was refused, from my understanding I am not able to apply for 10 years long residence
Please can anyone help me on this.
Many thanks
