Urgent TIER 2 QUESTION

Dear All,

Can someone please help me in a question. Job start date as per Rcos is 1st September 2015. Due to medical test appointment, I applied for visa on 31st August 2015. Will it affect my application negatively ? My rcos was granted on 11th August. Should I contact my employer to add a sponsor note in SMS and if yes then what should be added ? Is it to late to add a sponsor note now ?
