First renewal of Spouse visa. Does IHS applies?

Hello guys

My friend wife been here in UK for over 2 year and 7 now and here visa (spouse/Entry Clearence) is expiring next month.

What form is to use to renew the visa (Is the FLR(M) the form?)
Also would she needs to pass the english test again? and does the Health surchage applies?
She registered here https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk but in the options there Which Visa ROUTE to select?

options are
Futher Leave to remain
Futher leave to remain other

Yes, it is FLR(M).

She needs to select "Futher Leave to remain - FLR" and yes, IHS is applicable (£500).

She should be ok to use the English test used previously, depending on which one it is.

If she applies before November 5th her current English test will be acceptable. She will need to pay the NHS surcharge of £500 online before submitting her visa application.
A postal application will be £649 or if submitted in person at a PSC the premium fee will be £1049.

can't we re-use the 'Degree thgouth in ENglish issued by (UK NAARIC) 'certificate, which was used for Entry Cleanrance.?

YES. Degree is still acceptable.

What about any other qualification like City and Guilds? Can they still be used for extension as under Rule 32D of Appendix FM-SE ?
