Where can i find guidance for tier 2 general dependent application for child? There are few things confusing & any such question-by-question guidance or sample could be helpful.

My wife is applying for tier2 General & her employer is providing maintenance fund.
We are applying tier2general dependent for my son & have to show maintenance funds. Can we just show bank statement? Does online print out of bank statement work or we need certified copy etc.?

We are filling tier 2 general dependent application for my son from India. He was in UK under tier 2 ICT dependent. We have following questions on application form if someone can please answer:
1) what is your country of residence?
Is it UK or India? He is living in UK for 1.5Y. But if we put UK, application by default take him as UK resident.
2) header for main applicant: main applicant is my wife who is tier2general main applicant?
3) is the main applicant living in UK?
My wife lives in UK. However her tier2 ICT dependent visa expired & is going back to India & applying for tier2general. So she is living in India (at the time of application)
