hi all, great gurus,
can someone provide sample letter of consent from one parent (father) when a minor applicant (daughter) is applying for dependent visa with other parent (mother)

See if there's something you can copy and then modify the wording to refer to visa application:

Make sure the letter you write includes full name & address, date of birth of child.

Include full identifying information for the parent: full name, address,
- add in some ID or reference for the parent, eg passport number or NI number.

Sign and date the letter.
Keep a copy for your records.

Does the father also have a dependent visa?

Are you married?

Father is currently in UK
Father has his Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa
Yes Married

Mother and daughter were on Tier 2 ICT dependent they are now switching:
Mother to Tier 2 General
Daughter to Tier 2 General Dependent

All live together in London

does this consent letter needs to be certified or can be just signed by one parent?
if needs to be certified then by whom?

Parental consent means just that.
