Hi all,

I have already submitted my application to the HO. However, I realized that there is a name discrepancy in my pay slip record and rest of the docs so I have asked my company to send a letter to HO directly asking to read the name correctly.
My question is do I need to fax/send new covering letter stating this additional document replacing the earlier covering letter or just need to send amendment covering letter to HO?
My case is not assigned to any case worker yet.
