Contractor / Self Employed Documents Required

Hi,
I am a contractor and I am planning to apply for ILR soon.
I dont have original of following documents.
1. Company Incorporation Certificate
2. Invoices given by accountant
3. Management Account

Are These acceptable ?

Also The contract letter is digitally signed. It looks like a photocopy. Is that acceptable ?
