I am not really sure. But the below link says UKVI plans to implement it on October

Can anyone else confirm weather UKVI is using new points table for October?

1) September cut off was 39. Is the cut off expected to increase/decrease owing to the new points table?
2) Also, are we expecting fewer requests in October as against earlier months because in last 4 months starting June, there has been oversubscription?
3) Pretty less activity on this forum for October? Any thoughts :-)

The sponsor guidance document updated on September 17th on the first page says that the new points system will be used as of October 12th decision day.

My employer is yet to start my RMLT, They are targeting to apply for Nov. I want some guidance on RMLT.
1) Is any process for RMLT is changed
2) What are the challenges faced in RMLT?

The process remains the same.

The job advertisement must be in English, or Welsh if
based in Wales, and it must include:
a) the job title;
b) the main duties and responsibilities of the job (job description);
c) the location of the job;
d) an indication of the salary package or salary range or terms on offer. For more
information, please see rates of pay;
e) skills, qualifications and experience needed; and
f) the closing date for applications, unless it is part of a rolling recruitment programme. (If
it is a rolling recruitment programme, the advertisement should show the period of the
recruitment programme).

See page 88- 92 here:

Hello All,

I I will be entering with 35 points based on new point calculated system (20 for RLMT & 15 for Salary slab). What are the chances of getting success?

Also noticed that posts for COS decisions for October is very less, Is there any reason for this.

Regards,
Anusha

Seems positive sign :D . But not sure how home office is going to consider applications based on the new point table calculation. Hoping for the best, any other thoughts for October RCOS?

I heard this from lawyer forms "Under the revised table the UKVI has advised that RCoS applications at an annual salary of £34,000 or more would have been approved".

The minimum score for RCOS allocation in June was 50, for RLMT jobs only the applicant needed to earn more than £46000 for successful application but if this new system was in place at that time, applicants with £34000 would have been allocated as well because the new system has narrow slots w.r.t salary.

According to new system, one needs to have minimum 21 points (scoring from both job type and salary column) to be granted a RCOS.

My employer is applying for October as well so please do not consider my understanding as final as I am new to all of this.

Hi All,

Not sure why this group is so Silent. By the 5th of every month, most of the applicants eager to guess the number which Home office is going to consider for that particular month.

Is everyone silent just because of the new point table or less applicants for October.

I wish you all the best for October.

Just making a guess for October cut off 32. No calculation mechanism just making random guess bases on the previous months.

Not sure how they consider new point table. Hoping for the best.

How do you all find out the results? My employer said that they don't expect to hear until the following Monday, the 19th, but from what I've read on hear many people find out the day of. How do your employers find out so quickly?

You will get your COS or not depends upon the cutoff for that month, October allocation meeting will held on 12th October and score will be updated on below website link on that day itself or may be day after.
