Applying ILR on basis of Disabled parent

Hi.

My Dad is ill and on palliative care at the moment.

I am on Tier 2 and cannot foresee my company situation. I cannot leave my Dad alone and go back.

Is there any possibility to apply ILR on that basis?

Your question is not very clear. Is your father in the UK or overseas?

If he is in the UK, what is the basis of his stay in the UK?

If he is overseas, it is practically impossible for you to bring him to the UK.
