Evidence of work-related absence

Hi,

My ILR is due March 2016, I am self-employed (Limted company where I am the Director and the sole employee). In SET(O) (Appln for ILR), Section 6 - Immigration history, I need to provide an evidence for all work-related absence that I took regardless of 120 days of absence rule.

Could any one shed some light on how to do that. Do I issue myself a letter saying Leave authorised, or something like that?
