Unrestricted Cos allocation not showing

Hi,

Need advice.

My company had requested for UCOS allocation as they had 0. so they first completed the RMLT and then requested it on 4 september, and today when they checked the request is not there can any one help and tell me what this mean the company is also calling the HO to find out what happened really worried don't know what is going on.

Any advice will be really appreciated.
