can settlement visa be apply from Dubai

Hi,

my brother is british citizen, he is getting married in Pakistan soon but his future wife have visa for dubai too.

Can she apply her settlement from Dubai ? do they take bio metrics from there too.

Nikah will be done in Pakistan though.

Please can someone advise?

She can apply in Dubai if she is legally resident there (although not as a visitor). Biometrics will be taken in the UK within 10 days of her arrival. She will have to enter the UK within 30 days of the visa being issued in order to comply with the Biometrics date.
(Casa, not CR001)

Please also note that if she does apply from Pakistan, the process is different to applications from other countries. Please see Spouse Visa Application from Pakistan (click)
