Hi all,

I am new to immigration boards, so pardon my ignorance. I am currently on Tier-1 (general) visa and will be qualified for ILR in Nov 15. I have a query regarding 12 month claim period, since I am self employed , I get paid on different dates each month, multiple payments some months also. My doubt is , can I claim from any date of month to any date ? as long as these in 12 months for eg: 13/10/14 to 26/09/14. Your reply will be a life safer. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can claim multiple earnings within one month as long as these earnings are within the 12 months.
