TIER2 SALARY REQUIREMENT ??

HIIII i am tier 2 visa which was granted on oct2013. i was switched from psw to tier2 so as new entrant my salary was 22000 p/a under the soc code 3545.my question is my salary is still same no increment can someone please let me know how much salary i need to show during extension which is due for extension next year. as per experience now it says 32500. and may be my company promote me to high level so what they need to do. can they pay me fix per month which is equivalent to 32500 p/a. please someone help me so i can make arrangement in future or i ll find some other route. thx.. :roll: :roll: :roll:
