(TIER 1 Entrepreneur) EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT ADVISE PLZ

Hi All,
I need some information regarding employee requirement
Company Established Nov 2012
Tier 1 Visa Granted Nov 2014

By what time or in duration my company supposed to have 2 employee officially.

Is that consider from date of visa granted or consider from company established date?

Please advise if anyone have some information. Many thanks

You should employ two people for a minimum of one year each, so that means that you would need to take on employees by the end of the second year at the latest, counting from the date you got your visa, not the registration of your company.

I am also got visa same like you but i must to investment £50k.I got visa from psw route.can you pls let me know which bussiness can i do? can i do off licence or news agent or any paritcular bussiness i have to do/

Hi Mate,
It depends on ure job qualification code.. Whatever you stated in ure application ure business should be related to the job.
Example. Mechanical Engineer should be doing mechanical design related business

Vmai, you job title and the nature of the business both have to be of graduate level. For example, a business development manager at a restaurant would not be acceptable for the PSW route, whereas a business development manager at a website designing business would be acceptable.
