Unrestricted CoS rejected

Dear Members,

My employer applied for an UCoS and it was rejected by UKVI. The application was for an in year increase of UCoS as the employer has used up its current year allocations.

The following is the response from UKVI:


"We have not granted the CoS allocation you requested in Tier 2 (General) due to your justification and previous usage.



Please note you can submit a request for additional CoS request at any time. Please ensure the justification field contains sufficient information regarding the migrants you wish to employ ( including full name, nationality, passport number and current immigration status) and full job descriptions (including job title, required experience and qualification , stating pay, SOC code etc) to support your CoS requirement .



For any migrant currently working for you, you must also send us details of their current job title and job description."

Re: Second paragraph of their response, we specified everything ie. Full details of the migrant, SOC code, Starting Salary, Job Description, relevant experience and qualifications. So not sure why they still mentioned in their response.

Re: Third paragraph of their response, my employer has used up his current year allocation already and has another employee sponsored from previous year and currently working.

Can someone guide as to what can be put for justification when applying for in year UCoS again based on the above response?

Any help much appreciated.
