Can I travel India and come back UK when COS is not started

Hi

I have got a new job and new employer sponsored my visa. I have applied and received my BRP card. The new COS starts at DEC 1st and I am currently serving 2 months notice period with my current employer. For some personal reasons, I have to travel India for 5 days. Will there be any issues for me to get back into UK? Please clarify

I do not think so as you would have valid leave when you return to UK. Check with UKVI helpline as well for peace of mind.
