FLR(M) Extension success, Sheffield PEO

Post by navodwickra » Wed Oct 07, 2015 7:12 am

Hi All,

This forum has helped from my first FLR as a HSMP immigrant through all the way to BS. So I thought I should share my experience with all of you and specially people who are getting ready to extend their spouse visas.

The process was painless and easy, I think because of the biometric verification delay it took nearly couple of hours.

So here is the list of documents I enclosed with the application.

1. Marriage certificate (English & native)
2. English Test results
** Test is IELTS (B2) and this has already been expired.(Aug 2013)
** According to them you can use an expired test as long as you fulfil following conditions
a. The test centre should be still valid.
b. The test itself should be in the valid list of tests.
c. You should have used the same test results with a successful previous application.
3. my Employment contract & letter
4. Pay slips - 6
5. Bank statements to back up payments - 6
6. P60 1 (2014-2015)
7. Co-hab documents 8 altogether
* Natwest bank statement - 2
* Barclays statement - 1
* Council tax bills - 2
* Tenancy agreement - 1
* P45 - 1 each

That's all of it.

Thanks
Navod
