Hi Ravi,
You employer should be reporting this to UKVI within 10 working days of the pay rise. They should tell them that on the basis of your performance, they have increased your salary from £XXX to £YYY.
The only increase in salary which should not need to be reported is the annual increment or bonuses that applies to all staff.
I had a salary increase twice and both of the times my employer informed UKVI through SMS system.
IMHO, its better to inform to be on safe side.
