Child born outside UK visa extension

Hi All,

I have a kid as Tier 1 dependent born outside UK
My wife also as dependent, need to wait another 3 years to eligible for ILR,
I main applicant recently got my ILR approved.

Both my child and wife's current dependent visa expiring in few months
I know I have to extend my wife's visa as Tier 1 dependent

But about my Childs visa extension. Which visa route he needs go?
