FLR (M) Question

Hi,
I am about to apply FLR(M) for my wife next week. I will be very glad if you can give me some information regarding the following matters.
1- do i have to send my Bio-metric card and passport along her application or it will be OK to send only photocopies. (I am on ILR)
2- cohabitation documents, should it be 2 years back from now or from the date my wife came to the UK (she is in UK from Jan 2013).

1. Not sure, the guidance notes should say but likely originals. Apply in person for same day decision if you don't want to be without any originals for months.

2. Two years counting backwards from date of application for ILR.
