Am applying for HSMP. Pleaese see if attaching all the required documents. Just to make sure not missing anything.


TOTAL POINTS CLAIMED: 75
1. Education: 30 Points
2. Earnings: 45 Points


1. Educational Background - 30 points claimed
• Original Degree Certificate (Bachelor of engineering)

2. Past Earnings - 45 points claimed
• Pay slips (stamped and signed) for the period of Sep 2006 – Aug 2007
• Original Income Tax Returns Form for 2006-2007 tax year.
Exception Evidences
• Letter from Employer stating Gross and Net Salary
• Bank Statements (Sep 2006 – Aug 2007).

3. English Language
• Original Degree Certificate (Bachelor of engineering)
• Original Letter from the University confirming my education was done in English Language.

Hi ..

Everything is OK.

If the stamp in the IT returns is in Hindi then it should be translated with the help of a certified translator.

Make sure your bank statements also stamped and signed with bank manager.

From which university you graduated ? If it is not welknown university then you should get NARIC compatability letter.
