ILR - Payment not taken

Hello,

please can someone advise on the timescale for ILR application ; and when payment is taken?

I made 2 applications 1 for ILR 10 years long residency and a spouse application FLR(M).

payment for the spouse application was taken on the day 1 and the payment for the main ILR was not taken (or has not yet been taken) and it is more than 2 weeks.
please is this normal ? do I need to get worried? do I need to do anything else?
it is definite that HO have received the application as both went in same package.

check the bank, some banks won't let money go through if was to much money

I have always been checking with my bank and as it is now, the money is still sitting in my account.

do I need to be worried? or should I think it is normal and the HO will take the money when they are ready?
I just expected it to have gone out on day1 or day2

Best option is to call UKBA and explain the issue

To my knowledge they debit the money first and then start working on application

I thought about that. but was told I cannot raise a call with UKBA until 90days have passed.

I am confused as what to do at this point. please any suggestion or advise ?

I am beginning to get worried. this is the 4 week and nothing has been taken
