Please help Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent questions

Hi Everyone,
I am going to apply visa for my wife and daughter from India on Tier Entrepreneur visa.

What documents do i need, What will be the fees for application ?

Please help.

Vmai how much you paid for visa application fees in india.

In which category dependent visa comes under, I tried to search, but could not the category.

Do we need to police certificate from local police station or from passport office?

She will come as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent, there is not other dependent route she can come on, also known as PBS Dependent.

Here is the list of documents I've submitted for my wife's application at the end of last month-

1. x2 Covering letters from me and my wife;
2. My UK bank statement (last 3 months);
3. Marriage certificate;
4. Wedding photographs;
5. UK Tenancy agreement;
6. My passport and entrepreneur visa photocopy;
7. Wife's criminal record certificate;
8. Wife's TB test certificate.

Also I had already paid health surcharge and visa fee online.

Just in case you are wondering- they interviewed us both over phone at the same time last week and asked many questions about each other i.e. DoB, liking/disliking, how we met, the wedding etc etc etc. Now awaiting the result...
