MN 1 APPLICATION WAITING TIME

HI ALL,
Did any one know about MN1 application time line please ?
i applied for my kids by NCS in 26 august 2015.fees are debit and barometric also done.
what is normal waiting time for receive certificate ?
please help me i feel so much stress
