Do I need a Solicitor?

Post by bosekaspathy » Wed Oct 21, 2015 11:29 am

Hi Basically I am a professional and I am applying for a friend who lives outside UK.
Please help; answer the following questions.

1.Do I need a solicitor to do the application for Tier1 (Entrepreneur) visa?
2.Can I fill in the form for him from within the UK?

Many thanks.

Hi Bosekaspathy

If your looking for simple answers then

1:No

2: Yes

just make sure you read and understand the rules and more importantly the person/s you are applying for know the rules.

Good Luck

It is not mandatory to have a solicitor, but my advice is do get one. A good solicitor is priceless.
Entrepreneur visa is a complex application and unless you are a practicing immigration solicitor yourself you wouldn't know all the nuances and details.
Besides having a solicitor gives additional comfort and credibility to your application.
