COS Changed to New Employer

HI

I got a new Tier2 General sponsor and received my BRP card. Right now I am serving notice period for the current employer until Nov 27. My new COS is valid from Dec1st and I learnt that I can work for my current employer till my new COS starts. With this in place, Can I travel India for a week in October? Will there be any questions I have to face which may cause issues to return inside UK?

Can anyone help me clarifying this? I hope there is no issues as I have valid Visa. But I just want to know whether there will be any queries when I return back since I am currently serving notice period
