Extended Family Visa

Hello everyone,
I want to apply for extended family visa for my self. My circumstances are:
I live in UK
My sister and brother in law live in UK. They are British citizens and both are doctor. Both can show that they are supporting me.
If I move to Ireland then how can I or they can apply for extended family visa for me? What will be the process?
What would be length of stay and can I get permanent residence there?
I have wife and a baby with me.
