IHS surcharge query

Hi Everyone,
I am on Indefinite Leave to Remain and my wife is applying to join me in the UK. After completing the online application it directs you to the IHS surcharge website and then it becomes very confusing . IT asks details about me as the person she is joining but Indefinite leave is not an option on the drop down menu!!!
The only allowed option to ignore this part if you are UK or EEA citizen.
Does anyone been in this problem before ? and how can you go about this ??
UKBA help line is pretty useless and don't give any useful information.
I am desperate for some help,
