Choosing visa type for wife and child???

Post by tesco420 » Wed Nov 04, 2015 10:39 pm

Hello everyone

I am looking to apply the visa for my wife n her child from Pakistan. i am bit confuse on selecting correct visa type on visa4uk website.

A.What option should i choose during sub visa type example: 1.settlement 2.settlement 3. wife or marriage or something else
B. Do i need to fill in separate form online form for three years old child. if yes then again what sub visa type it would be 1.settlement 2.settlement 3. ????
C. what should i write in question how long you intend to stay in UK.
D. Is paying in date in bank statement n payslip should be the same or it could go few days up or down.

looking forward for your reply. thank you.

It's difficult to answer without knowing your and your wife's immigration histories and circumstances.

Wasn't your wife previously granted ILR with you?

Why is this inconsistent with your previous topic? Do you have a different or more than one wife now?

**SERIOUS issue of Financial Requirement & 2 JOBS**

Post by tesco420 » Thu Nov 05, 2015 4:21 am

hello everyone

i got really serious issue with my financial arrangements. i was thinking i got prepared everything but wasn't aware of this £1550 a month rule. i have two part time jobs let suppose A n B. Job A i started six month ago with fix pay of £750. in Job B i get paid every 4 weeks (28 days not a month), pay is not same every time n i am doing this job from last ten years. Problem happen in the last month October when i got sick and couldn't go to job B (submitted sick note) but went to job A.
so my last six months income become like this

May 919 + 750 = 1669
june 919 + 750 = 1669
july 919 + 750 = 1669
august 906 + 750 = 1656
september 919 + 750 = 1669
october 689 + 750 = 1439

As u can see in last month october i only earn £1439 which is way short then £1550, and i cant apply in catogary B because i am doing my job A from only last six months not twelve. Should i send homeoffice my doctors letter as i was genuinely sick. please suggest me what should i do, is there be any good advice, i don't want to wait another six months. Thankyou
