Hourly Contact salaried or non-salaried

please can someone clarify me whether 37.5 hour per week contact is salaried or non-salaried income.
Also, does hourly rate employment fall under Cat A or B?

It's salaried, but you can do it under variable salaried under category B if the wage varies. If it doesn't vary, you can go for Cat A, as long as per month you've not dropped below £1550 gross.

Just seen your other post. Category B can be salaried as well. Read through Appendix 1.7 FM SE and it will explain things a bit better.

this should be stated on your employment contract,if your income is fixed its salaried employment . For salaried income the work out is lowest wage slip and x12

If your hours vary then its non salaried, they work for non salaried employment by adding all 6 wage slips divide by 6 x12
