EEA Naturalisation application - need for 6 year bills?

Post by monab » Sat Nov 07, 2015 11:38 pm

Hi all,
Quite urgent answer needed, lots of thanks in advance!
For EEA citizen application without Permanent Residence (so showing 6 years residence) do you need to show

1) residence through 2/3 bills/medical records/house contracts
AS WELL AS
2) Treaty Rights through contracts/ payslips/letters from employers?

You needed both sections with separate documents for Permanent Residence application, but the bills requirement seems to be missing from the naturalisation application requirements...

In brief, are contracts/payslips/letters from employers (and docs for students/self employed/job seekers) enough as documents fro naturalisation? (without any other bills for each of the 6 years?)

Many thanks to all!

From 12th November, it is a requirement to submit your PR residence card for naturalisation applications.

Hi, many thanks for your reply CR001.
I am aware, I was intending to apply before the change on the 12th.

For the information of anyone interested - no, you do not need bills, just Treaty rights proof.
But as CR001 said, this will be implicit from 12th onwards under the new Form AN.

Thanks
