Hi, I am applying the naturalisation as a British Citizen. It requires me to provide evidence about my English qualification. It shows that graduation cerificate can be an evidence. However, I am still a student in my final year at the university. I have not graduated. Can I use university letter as a proof? If it is accepted, what informations are needed in the letter? Thank you.

No you can't. You need the degree certificate or you need to do the English B1 test.
