Family Visa

Hi

I have an ILR and my family(in UK) are currently in Tier 2 dep visa which will expire in April 2016. We have to return back to India fro personal reasons and are plannign to come back to UK later in 2016. My question is should I apply for their FLR(M) before going back to India or is there any other visa that I can apply for them from INdia so that they can travel with me.
