Extension Salary requirement (SOC 2135)

Dear All,

I have submitted an online premium application for Tier 2 extension..

I have a couple of questions regarding the salary requirement

1. SOC CODE 2135 's Experienced rate is 33,000.. but is it for 40 hrs/week or 37.5

2. Our company pays one month additional salary as guaranteed bonus.. Is this considered in salary requirement

1. SOC CODE 2135 's Experienced rate is 33,000.. but is it for 40 hrs/week or 37.5

SOC code 2135 is based on Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings 2014. so..

"The rates are based on a 39-hour working week for all occupations where the salary source used is the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings."

2. Our company pays one month additional salary as guaranteed bonus.. Is this considered in salary requirement

If your employer mentioned it on the CoS then UKVI would take it into account I believe.
