PEO Appointment on Last Day

Hi

My visa expires on 1st December 2015, I could find the appointment on 30th November 2015 as i couldn't find one before that. What happens if ILR is rejected? will i be able to stay in UK for 28 days to re-apply?

I am on Tier1 - General.

I don't think it will get rejected, but in worst scenario.

Unsure, you likely won't be covered by any 3C leave if your Tier 1 expires, so you need to make 100% sure that your paperwork is all in order, including your tax affairs.
