Hi Friends,

I am kinda lost, please need your help.

Because of business re-structure my employer made my role redundant in Oct.My exit date was 16th of Oct.My employer informed to UKBA on 20th Oct.I haven't received any letter from UKBA is that mean i still need to wait for my 60 days notice period. Or it is already active?

Who can give me the information that how many days i can still be in UK finding another employer?

Please share your thoughts on this.
