ILR

Post by chbabar87 » Thu Nov 26, 2015 3:06 am

Hi All: I am sorry if some one have already asked this type of question but i could not find any relevant post that's why i want to ask. I want to know if i will be eligible of apply ILR or any other option for permanent residence. I came in UK for studies in Oct 2010 (5 years ago), I finished my studies then got PSW (post study work-permit) that was for 2 years and before finishing PSW I got married with EU lady (my wife) and got EEA2 visa in Dec 2013 for 5 years, My question is as by this Oct 2015 I am here in UK since 5 years so can i apply for ILR or I need to wait for next 5 years (i mean to finish EEA2 5 years), Please advice me on this; I will be really thankful to you.

Wait until completing 5 years of marriage, before applying for confirmation of PR under the EEA regulations.
