10 Year Long Residence ILR

Post by Casss » Thu Nov 26, 2015 8:35 am

Dear Team,

I have been on several Visa categories (student,PSW,Work Permit) and will be reaching 10 years in the UK soon.

What I'd like to know is if I apply for ILR under '10 year long residence' route how much of income do I need to be earning? What's the requirement on income, if any??

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

There's no salary requirement for '10 year long residence' route.

There is no income requirement for Set(LR) applications but you must still have met the rules/requirements of the visas that you held in the period.

Make sure all your tax affairs are up to date with HMRC and that all declared incomes to HO are the same as to HMRC.
