UK Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) Dependant Maintenance Concern

Post by balajis » Thu Nov 26, 2015 8:43 am

Hi All,

I have submitted my application along with my kid's and wife on 23rd Nov @ VFS-Global Blr, India. I have a COS from a reputed A-Rated company. For the Maintenance, my sponser have not provided any document but for making a "Y" in the COS. I have not submited any bank statements, pay slips etc.

My question :-
> Is it mandate to get a letter from the sponser stating the maintenance for myself and dependants? The contract offer does state that, but i have not submitted it with application. So the only place where maintainence part is mentioned is COS. Is that enough?

Any experience shared would be really helpful. Many thanks

Hi,

I am in the same situation as yours. My company told me that my dependent is certified by them because we are applying at the same time. So I have not submitted any letter and bank statement.

Have you received any result of your application?

Can anyone help us for our concern?

Hi,

I think we don't need to worry about this too much. I have checked the latest PBS dependant policy guidance
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... rs-1-2-4-5

The entry 77 on Page 14 seems to be what you want to find.
