SET O New form Question about 12 L

Post by askhan » Mon Nov 30, 2015 11:11 am

Hi All,

In SET O new form (11/15), Pg 74 Section 12L. This is a tick box question

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents
showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules
.

Can experts please advise if I need to carry the payslips and company letters, invoices, etc etc for that tenure as well, which is definitely out of 5 years period.

Please advise if any of you has filled the form recently and when ticked what documents you guys took with you.

Hope this explains.

Thanks
Ak

This question has always been there IN SET(O) and even discussed in July 2013.
I guess it was previously under 11L and now moved to 12L.

Dear talk 2 Ram.,

Great Find... Many thanks.
Looking at the section, it's not even meant to fill by T1 G applicant who is covering the 5 years on T1 NOT in conjunction.

THanks

SA302 older then 28 days

Post by askhan » Wed Dec 16, 2015 1:02 am

Hi Seniors or ILR holders,

Is it mandatory that SA302 should not be older then 28 days.

As one of my friend asked me about this and I am not sure.

He has received 5 years of SA302 back in November but he is applying for ILR in Jan, do he need to request this again which make no sense.

Please advise.

Thanks

Think it should be fine as it is not a bank statement or a utility bill so HO would concern about balance or a address changing, it just a record which remain same even after 10 years unless your friend try to amend it.

He isnt amending. just concern as there is a line on Form where it say the docs should not be older then 28 days.

Which confuse people.
