If the awarding body is shown as "Cambridge English Language Assessments" in the IELTS certificate, it should be accepted - provided it is not a IELTS ESOL exam test result.
Else, it seems it may not be.
1. Scan your IELTS test result page.
2. Redact any personal information / scores that you wish not to share.
3. Attach the image to your post (image size should be less than 50Kb).

Thanks for your msg.sushdmehta wrote:Can you read anything from the photograph / image? I can't ...
That is why I said scan it, not photograph it.sushdmehta wrote:1. Scan your IELTS test result page.
Dear Susdmehta
silverTR wrote:@Tier1-ILR2016 As Susdmehta says repeatedly your examination is Cambridge Esol hence you need to take the exam again.
The specified documents in paragraph 14-SD must be provided as evidence of the qualification, unless the applicant has, or was last granted, leave as a Highly skilled Migrant or a Tier 1 (General) Migrant and previously scored points for the same qualification in respect of which points are being claimed in this application.
