!!PSW - Tier 2 Gen with wrong soc - tier 2 extension re-ap

Hi,

I have received my tier-2 after my PSW on 07-Nov-2013 and expired on 21-Nov-2015, I have made new application on 22-Oct-2015 and application refused on 03-Dec-2015 for the reason 'not appripriate salary based on soc code'. Then i noticed the SoC code mentioned in my CoS is wrong. And, I have noticed that the same wrong code only used in my initial tier 2 application's CoS (in 2013). Now i'm thinking to re-apply with new CoS from my employer with correct SoC Code based on my job role and I have time to apply until 18-Dec-2015.. But my question is RMLT required in this scenario?

Because the wrong SoC Code was used in my previous CoS which i got successful BRP in 2013 after my PSW.

My emploer accepted their mistake for the both the times and accepted to give new CoS, and letter related to their mistake about wrong code used in previous time as well.

Could anyone please clear my confusion.

If SOC code is going to be different from the one used in the previous application then RLMT will need to be done, irrespective of who is to blame.

Now i have received new CoS with correct SoC Code. Because change od code they given details for RLMT as you mentioned above. But in relation to RLMT, my employer mentioned the advertisement and job reference number which is 2 years old one.
will that make any issue with my application's decision?
Is CoS amendable which is not used in the visa application?

The text in red denotes "future tense", not "past tense".
I am not sure how you inferred the statement to mean that the details of RLMT conducted 2 years ago by will need to be provided when requesting / assigning a "new" CoS today!!
